Well yes it would clearly be only the better players and also depends who they could bring in.

The thought of Frenkie and Kimmich in a doble pivot with pedri further up the pitch is quite exquisite.
Have a hard time believing however that Bayern would let him go, not just because of how good he is, but with Neuer and soon Müller gone, he is one of their most important German players.

This sounds like fairy tale. He's in the prime of his career, valued at 80m. Don't see how the club would be able to sign him(even if he wants to). And if that happens, we can probably forget about a RB and whatever else we need. Squad needs like 3-4 competitive players, midfielder(s) included. Signing a player of his calibre would hinder further signings from what I know about this club's financial situation.
