I dont think it will happen this season but i could see Mata playing less next season i think Mou could favour Oscar or De Bruyne in the number 10 because they are lot better defensively than Mata, so maybe he could leave after next season if he gets dropped by Jose.

Yep, that's exactly what I think. Oscar will be Mourinho's main AM in the end, due to his willingness to track back and generally covering a decent amount more pitch per match than Mata and Hazard, who can be a bit slack at times though Hazard improved on that a lot as the season went on.

Oh of course it wouldn't be solely on that, depends on how long he's been here, who wants him and all that. I'm just saying Oscar will probably end up being Mourinho's main man in future which would make selling Mata that little bit easier if we ever had to for whatever reason.

To be fair the obsession with wingers who defend has been far more with Barcelona than Real under Mourinho.

Alternatively if Barca had wide players that could dribble, pass etc there would be less attacking emphasis needed on the full backs.
