Yep, best midfielder in the World.

Crazy thing is that Man City won a domestic treble and almost beat Tottenham, the eventual CL finalists with him being injured, thus out of form most of last season.

This City reminds me of Barcelona under Pep, dominating opponents from the start to finish with their intensity and pressing. KDB would have been a waste under managers like Valverde.

Not really. City players are virtually unattainable. They are like PSG but players value the PL on top of that. Only "big" player of City who kinda was on the market is Sané and it is due to him running his contract down and the guy is not even a starter.
