Now it makes perfect sense why the club bought Kevin-Prince Boateng out of all the players that they could have bought or loaned. It was obviously to ensure that Suárez never gets subbed off as his supposed "substitute" is no threat to him whatsoever. Even when Suárez is at his worst.

We bought a player that was supposed to take minutes away from Suárez and here 3+ weeks and 6 Barça games later, he has played a grand total of 63 minutes against Sevilla away in the CdR when Valverde decided to throw something that resembles a B team in action that night.

Give him more minutes otherwise what is the point of having loaned him? Baffling stuff.

Now the users that did not understand my harsh criticism, will probably understand it now seeing his first 3+ weeks at the club. Had we loaned Morata (for instance) the genius that is Valverde would have been forced to give Suárez more rest. With a bum like KPB, he cannot be called up for the squad 10 times in a row and nobody would notice it.

Let us presume that KPB got a few minutes or 1 half yesterday. Could people seriously see him changing the game in any way? I cannot. So what the fuck was the point of loaning this guy? He is not playing and won't make any difference. Great stuff. Once again.

You could also see it the other way..Did suarez change the game in anyway other than playing as a very good defender for Athletic killing every one of our attacks in the process? I think it would`ve probably been just as worse on the worst case and Suarez would have atleast got some rest.
