Is this even a Convo. France produces more talent through their former colonies. Just gives them a greater physical profile to train towards the nations 1 sport.

I mean yeah, Spain could in theory have some Filipinos. But they would just be 5ft tall and want to be basketball players.

A fact some of you should start considering when you're analyzing Ligue 1. The amount of talent that flows through France via Africa is insane. Which explains why mid, bottom, and even Ligue 2 teams are consistently developing top class talents. Huge turnover of course given financial disadvantages, but the depth of their talent pool and the consistency of their development programs ensures it's not a problem.

But their premium and most historical stars even in recent years were all spaniards. Senna in 2008 Euros rare exception. Now Fati may be.

Those players came through the French system and French leagues. So credit to France. Cameroon didn't develop Mbappe. France did.

Stop coping with migration excuse just because Spain has no network.

No doubt about that, but most of their talents are duds. Mostly mediocre players no better or worse than spaniard imports. There's no dynasty of great french-african players currently albeit current spanish crop is not at their best either. Guys like Zidane, Henry, Viera were their golden generation just like Xavi, Iniesta, Villa et al.

Without players of color France would be a second tier footballing nation.
Or maybe other way around. We don't know how many talented whiteys have been rejected, because they are not physical enough. Remember that likes of Guardiola himself was seen skeptically upon because of his lack in athleticism. Only Cruiff knew he was real deal. Later there was skepticism on whether Xavi and Iniesta could play together in the midfield, for that period in time, modern football. Comes former weakling Guardiola and proves they can. Proves that high IQ > physicality, although later, of course, isn't bad in addition.

Balkan, Germanic and Nordic players tend to be physical beasts as well.

Stereotypically it's the Iberian dimunitive players you're talking about....

Slavic players are a mixture and tougher to generalize....

Mbappe, Tchouameni, Camavinga, Nkunku, Wesley Fofana, Kephren Thuram, Moussa Diaby, Upamecano, Boubacar Kamara, Jules Kounde, Ibrahima Konate,
William Saliba, Illan Meslier: All 23 or under, and I could have gone on.

On the other hand, I can?t think of a single relevant u23 Spanish talent off the top of my head.
