Massive error by Florentino to waste his secret weapon vs Granada. Should have done it vs Bilbao.

In the home match, he took care of Bilbao right away. Red card in min. 13.

Important win for Betis.

Don't know if this is true but I've read some time ago La Liga could have 8 teams in Europe next season if

1.) Villarreal wins the EL

2.) they also finish outside of top 7 in the league.

Right now this is unlikely as they have 5 points more than Celta and 6 more than Bilbao but assuming this would happen La Liga would have 5 CL teams (top 4+Villarreal), Sociedad and Betis in the EL and Celta/Bilbao in the new ECL.

Not very likely to happen but would be nice to see.

Or maybe less than you think, if they kick both us and Real Madrid out. :pep:

What? How? They are 2 points ahead and will be have same number of points if they draw. They will still be ahead due to head to head. What did you think overruled this?

He's right, from Real's perspective 1 draw for Atletico would do, assuming Real wins the rest.

I'm talking about Barca and assumed that's who he was talking about on Barcaforum  Same points then yes Real would win due to head to head.

Atleti have it in the bag. Easiest schedule, all they not have to do is fuck up home game against Sociedad.

Barca are impotent in attack, even worse in defence against good teams. It takes an injury on one key midfielder among Busi or Frenkie and the whole Koeman tactic crumbles. Youngsters are promising, but not ready for big football, yet. Pedri and Ilaix still have a mountain to climb, which was obvious on Saturday.
