Nothing to see here

Just checking in to report Mendy (confirmed, out for season) and Odriozola (doubt) injury
Marcelo the only healthy fullback.

If we win this title it'll be something else.

Cannot say I'm surprised after seeing that video of your guys training in the gym lol.

Hey, those that didn't get hurt looked pretty rad for a long while. Until they got so battered through lack of fit teammates to take some minutes off them

Atletico to win against Sociedad, and to bottle against Osasuna at the weekend.
That would be something else

Tbh, the one that does not deserve to win from any perspective is RM. Played horrible football all year long, could not beat lower table teams, and were never leading the table.
Barca played the better football of the 3 by some distance, while Atletico was leading the table for the most part of the campaign

Then again you could argue that Real Madrid's league season is pretty impressive given the insane amount of injuries they had.

That's a certain mitigating factor, but I don't buy that.
They were playing better football last season without injuries (besides Hazard LOL) but still not so good football...

Anyways, I think Atletico will win it as things stand

They're not playing well, but they've barely been able to put out the same lineup for a consistent amount of matches. Always shuffling their defence, midfield or attack. I think the amount of injuries should be taken into account. They're still fighting for the league and have a better H2H record against us.

I do think Atletico will win it too, or at least should win it.

Judging by that Barca deserve absolutely nothing. Because they played better but came out with sodall very often

RM dropped points vs 11 different sides - Sociedad, Atleti, Cadiz (Barca loss+draw; Atleti 2 wins), Valencia, Villarreal, Alaves, Elche, Osasuna, Levante, Getafe and Betis.
Barca got done by 9 - Sevilla, Getafe, RM, Alaves, Atleti, Cadiz, Valencia, Eibar and Granada.

Quite a lot of overlap and ours weren't necessarily as embarrassing as some of yours.

'Embarrasing' depends on way of playing also and your standpoint to this.
The 0-0 s you amassed against sides like Osasuna, Betis, and others are more embarrassing IMO than our loss to Getafe or Cadiz when still building, or even Granada where we went out to play football but got blocked by a good parked bus.

But many people here will agree with you, as they were super happy with Ernie, when the shitshow of RM this season was carried out identically by Barca week in week out

Aye. 'Building'. How's that going?

The hell is that take on "a side like Betis"? They lost 2 games in 2021 - Barcelona (2-3 on late Trincao goal) and Seville derby. If Granada is a solid parked bus, what are they?
We had two 0-0s. Both of those in April with half the team out. +1 vs Sociedad at start of season. Get a grip.

60+ injuries for us too, Casemiro our 2nd scorer and here we have you trying to paint it as worse than Barca lol

Which side is "the best" isnt that easy to determine, but there is no doubt that Barcelona is a better attacking side than us, regardless of injuries.

Most of our injuries has been in midfield and defense(Hazard may as well not count).

Course they are better in attack. Which makes his rating of Barca make even less sense. If you're good as a unit, you don't drop points the way they did. We dropped points but are a much better overall unit that doesn't know how to score more than 1 way.
+ played at least a month without the only attacking player that scores regularly. The only other winger (Rodry) that played well for longest stretches was out for 3-4 months. Even if had more in defense, losing the only players often crucial to attack (Benz, Rodry, Fede) hurt us a lot.

Osasuna was also a 0-0, and I am also referring to all the games vs inferior sides where you failed to attack them, because you are afraid to do so.

But besides that, you are using your injury crisis to justify your lack of decent football.
Last year you didn't have that crisis, but were still winning with 1-0 being scared to death to come out of your shell
Barca in 2021 is a better side that last season's RM, regardless of whether you would have won a head to head.

PS: plus that your mighty defense is not that good if you consider that you have the same xG against (40.1) as Barca this season, and well below the top-10 in Europe
