These are the options the club should seriously consider, not in order, that are somewhat realistic as well:

Flick
Nagelsmann
De Zerbi
Amorim

Klopp. - I buy season ticket at Camp Nou.

Ange, Amorim, Slot, Spagletti, Gallardo, Bielsa. - I don't buy season ticket but buy the new shirt.

Flick, Michel, Eddie Howe, Emery, Motta, - I save my money, but still post on Barcaforum.

Nagelsmann, De Zerbi, Arteta. - I become a fat bastard and start watching darts instead.

Ten Haag, Tuchel, Mourinho. - I become full blown Madridista and start covering up corruption every weekend on social media.

Naglesmann and Flick are available. Amorims BO clause is 30 million. That effectively rules him and others out. Klopp will insist on a break. Rules him out.

Klopp may be a strong option but unwise to push for a coach who voluntarily is walking away from a high profile coaching job. Especially when you consider the particular pressure that the job entails

De Zerbi is a lower profile but has had success in multiple leagues implementing his style of football which is something Xabi or Flick cannot say - the latter two with success although limited and at a single club & league. Of course, the big difference is that Flick coached at the highest profile job among the candidates with the most impressive success on the pitch in terms of play & trophies - even if it was a short duration. Clearly, we can see similar with Michel.

Flick’s tactical flexibility was a key feature during that brief tenure and of course the intensity of their fitness/pressure in matches - those are elements that are difficult to ignore in next coach

Xabi unsurprisingly plays with a double pivot but probably has the personality to drill the team to execute better than Xavi has but Leverkusen are not a possession based side with effectively a 3-4-3. Plus, he has better links to Liverpool or RM eventually

Rafa is a lazy link, improbable option

Honestly, im not a fan from Nagelsmann. Good guy but feel Barcelona is a level too high for him. Tuchel top coach but too emotional and he likes to give players the fault in front of the camera.
All in for Hansi.

I think Bayern will soon swap in for Flick, they have a history of going back to their successful managers like Heynckes, Hitzfeld & Beckenbauer and the previous successful managers who are still available are all ancient (Heynckes is 78, Hitzfeld 75, LVG 72).
Their fans hated Nagelsmann because he was downgrade to Flick, and now hates Tuchel because for them he is downgrade to Nagelsmann.
Their board are under pressure from their fans now and I can see them wanting a safe option, and Flick will have more leverage there than anywhere else.
They aren't getting Alonso or Klopp this summer and getting Nagelsmann back will be embarrassing for them, remaining options their are underwhelming.
If their board swallow their ego I can see them doing it unless Tuchel leads them to strong CL showing, which isn't out of question tbf.
