It's on Tebas. Ridiculous that a club can afford players but can't register them because of how their FPP rules were exploited due to a pandemic.

One institution relaxes them (Uefa) another strangleholds them to the detriment of their most marketable clubs. Ones that can't simply inject owners capital like Atletico Madrid did due to their unique ownership model.
