Lionel Messi - v7

Barto and his board are the ones responsable for all this.

If they actually did their jobs, Valverde would have left after the Copa defeat against Valencia and give a new coach a preseason.

Should never have bought Griezmann (nor Dembele or Coutinho) and should have properly replaced Suarez by now.

Abidal is just a yes man for the board who hasn't done anything right so far.

What are you basing him being a 'yes' man on?

Story is starting to take shape:

-French group didn't like Valverde.
-Other players i.e. Messi, Suarez backed Valverde
-Some players like MAtS caught in between

Division within the team.

And what the hell did he do in summer or after that Lpool game? He said that our management decided not to sack him and now all of the sudden they were listening to him few months later. A story for children and nothing more. Abidal has no authority in this club whatsoever.

After Lpool game we couldn't do anything because we MORONICALLY renewed him in February. We would be even a bigger laughing stock.

But that said, yeah Abidal has no authority. It takes 2 out of 3 to change the coach (1. Abidal, 2. Board, 3. Club De Amigos). I still believe the Asspanyol draw and the Supercopa loss, given how much Barto values domestic success were the tipping points for the board.

I loled at a few user here, seem that their main duty is to spread messi's hate. It's obvious even if they make a lot of excuses. They might not be barca fan at all.

Let's see what the club can do without messi, now?

Thats it im done for today.

And ANY CAPTAIN in ANY BIG CLUB, not named Lionel Messi, would be stripped of the capitancy immediately for asking to single out players in media.

But this is Lionel Messi we are talking about.

Who blames him? For years he has listened to shit like

- “Messi is against the sale of Neymar”
- “Messi wants Tata”
- “Messi wants Neymar back”
- “Messi support Valverde”
- “Messi doesn’t support Valverde”
- “Messi wants Coutinho”

What Messi says now is I DONT CARE, you make the decisions you are responsible. Stop using his name for your ahit

Could still have sacked him after that game. The renewal just made it more difficult.

this fits nicely in "Messi ignores Griezmann" propaganda, idk. Too convenient to true. The "French clan" has only 2,5 players because Todibo wasn't even in the team, de facto, and Umtiti was injured for ages and didn't train, same for Dembele.

Nice to hear. A injury guy we brought for 145m, a CB who is weak and fragile as hell, and another 120m guy who looks highly questionable makes such calls.

Nice

Oh and another greedy defender who has performed like shit since he renewed his contract and is going to court

Just great

Have you considered that they may have been correct and training was not up to required level?

Certainly looked like that on pitch.

I think it's about Barto saving his head... If they sacked him there, they would have shown the world that they have no idea how to run a football club (which we all know is true) and look like total morons.

My god. What does that have to do with anything? They only said what everyone was already suspecting. It's not that hard to see that the team wasn't doing proper training and were ran very loosely in this area.

We are dead last in terms of effort, workrate and intensity, in very match we play. Like we never work as much as any team we face. You think that's because we train a lot and work a lot ?

Griezmann came from Atletico where they were known for hard-work. He easily would have realized Valverde's training sessions lack intensity.

They would have sacked him if top players did not speak out against it I am sure.
