I just hope this isn't some power play by Messi because it would look very petty. If he's truly unhappy and doesn't see a proper rebuild occurring with Koeman, he needs to leave. IMO, it's better for his career too if he can manage to win a league title or CL with another club.

I just said he is myself. Yea, good point about Cruyff. In terms of legends it's hard to make a separation because many players influenced the club in a great way historically.

Could be a power play from him to keep his friends around imo. Trying to condition his presence by having the old guard around like in the past, pulling the strings in the team.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Pique might walk away, but Alba and Busquets could definitely force their will on the club and stay. So could Roberto and Vidal and possibly Suarez.

Time is running out with the season starting soon. You already have some reports claiming Suarez will stay no matter what.
