If Messi goes to City and they win the CL people will say Pep can only win the Champions League with Messi. I think he wants to prove that he didnt need GOAT to win it.

If he stays, I hope Koeman sees him as a number 10 behind the striker in a 4-2-3-1 though. I?m sick and tired of our right flank getting exposed every single time big matches. How long has it been we had a RW?

If Messi goes to the Premier League than Tebas might just hang himself. Losing Cristinao and Messi in consecutive years would be too much for the Spanish Boris Johnson.

win the PL - put all those doubts to bed
win in another league - same as above
win City that coveted CL

may just be able to rescue his legacy as GOAT

Or Inter. Score a load of goals, win Inter the league and there's less pressure on him to deliver in Europe.

Are inter your second team or something? You seem to want him to go there. It would be a terrible decision. Argentina play better football than that inter team and we know how little of the ball messi sees with them. They have an average midfield and the attackers they have arent the type to link up well with him. I'm sure he'd score goals but hed spend alot of time dropping deep. Hed be better off going to sevilla than them and that's not going to happen

I'm not saying he should go there but if he did and won Inter the title next year after 9 years of Juve dominance (and beating Ronaldo) then it would save his legacy.

That would be ideal but it could ruin his legacy and the way they play it would more than likely be the latter

The cynic in me says that theres never been a better time to lose Messi. We have two decent replacements already lined up (Griezmann and Trincao), could potentially save Griezmanns career at Barcelona, and with United failing the Sancho transfer maybe get active there in a year (if necessary).
