I doubt that. Napoli has no obligation (and no intention) to sell Osimhen and Kvara this summer. They are expected to stay at least for 1 additional season. They barely played 1 year there, and Napoli is the Champion of Italy now. So the club will focus on strenghtening the team, not on selling the key-players now.

Kvara should be sold as he seems like the kind of player to flop after a big move.
Osimhen is the bigger talent and might push for a transfer.

Kvara would be even better at City definitely an upgrade to Grealish but would love to see him and Messi at Barca without xaviball ofc.

It's honestly hard to tell how well Messi is playing at PSG because of how dreadful they are. They've got no width, no ability in the midfield besides Verratti who is incredibly limited in what he is good at, no other forward who does the work off the ball or stretches opposition. Him with Lewa would surely be similar to how he and Mbappe are. Bursts of random greatness but overall result in poor shape, and welcome pressure on midfield/defence due to how little they press. If Lewa is already struggling to score goals and be effective with our current starting xi who press more than we've seen in years he's going to be eve worse with Messi in the team.
Would love to see Messi don the shirt one more time but it's not good for the club in reality. I've seen arguments such as "Not like we're going far into the UCL without him" or that other forwards are nowhere near good enough anyway. Whilst those points are true it's effectively saying we've made bad decisions before so what's one more bad decision. The only way Messi could come back is if he was on the bench and only used for last 30 mins chasing a goal. No way he'd accept that role though. He deserves a huge testimonial at the club, throw a whole week long festival or something for all I care.
