Exactly. We pulled all those levers in order to spend 160 mil EUR on 34y old Lewa, Ferran and Raphinha. One year later we are again in horrible situation with no money to spend and no right back on the horizon. Furthermore, we'll need to pay atrocious salaries to Alba and Lewa during the 2023/24 season.

It is more than 160m on those players in reality.

The money being spent on Lewa is same on the books as a 100m player on 10m a season or 80m/14m a season etc

Same with Kessie.. that is same as would pay for 25m player on 5m a season etc but never gets added to the money spent last summer.

The worst part is spending all that money and still struggling to register player contracts.
