I saw on espnfc that MLS will help Miami try to get Messi, apparently messi would make about 20-25mill a year but more important he will be offered to own a team after he retires for cheap, seems he would have the ok votes from all the current owners. Busquets for another year is good for us, he just needs to be challenged. Alba is done and the club already tries to get rid of him, so nothing to do with Messi.

Yeah, from Laporta's POV, think he plans to talk to Messi when they have La Liga's approval and a formal offer on hand, which is a sensible decision by Laporta.
