he had 2 shots fam , 1 penaldo and another goal that was rulled offside. I agree this wasn't a good game but it's far from a disaster.

Awful performance. Looked like how he played against Brazil in copa final. If he's carrying an injury then he needs to sit out games. That's no excuse for a shit performance btw. He was atrocious.

He’s so easily squeezed out of games now and so many minutes go by without him being involved as he doesn’t try to make himself available enough.

Went in with wrong mentality. Got that early goal and thought it would be wrapped up.

Then when things get tough he cannot switch it up to turn the game. Too much underestimation from the whole Argentina side. Think they can win the other 2 games though.

This Argentia team is unjustifiably overhyped, just because of Messi fanboyism

They are average side that can only cling some uninspiring wins by defending and hoping to score on the break.
That Copa America last year says little. It's a competition of two teams and when one is not good you can win it.
Now they have a joke group, and they should go through despite the loss today

But that's about it, they will be out when they face a big opponent in R16 or QF.

Attitude problem imo. And first half it looked like Argentina had it in the bag but they don't understand offside rule for some reason...

They will play better Vs Mexico and Poland, well they must as well.

I don't think they can recover from this. Argentina had their chance in 2014 when they had an excellent team and Messi was superb. However, Higuain couldn't score from couple of chances and than Gotze scored that late goal. Unfortunately, this team is far from that one. They have horrible defense, unorganized midfield and very old and slow attack. If they win against Mexico and Poland it will be a miracle.

PS: Well atleast he didn't bottle the pen gifted to him by his owners from Qatar so.......

Really good to see a fully recharged version of the GOAT(or BOAT, whatever; take your pick) at the WC. Truly, he was saving himself for the WC which is the only thing he cares about!
