Ok guys...... Who should be is replacement? Serious

I'll take anyone with half a brain. Paco from Rayo makes them play great attacking football on less than a shoestring of a budget I'd give him a shot. Bielsa himself is another option. Valverde maybe? Others are Laudrup and Koeman. All of them will be able to get us at least back to the basics of attacking football which would be infinitly better than Scrubrique.

Let Lucho stay until the summer, hopefully there will be early elections then and the new board (Laporta) will bring a new coach in. There is absolutely no point in letting THIS board appoint a new coach, as they will not find anyone who is better than Lucho, and no top class coach will want to join a sinking ship like this knowing that the board that hired him are on their way out, making his position as a coach for the future very unsafe.

If there are no elections next summer and we end this season in poor form without winning any trophies (and can't do repairs because of the ban), then I can see Messi leaving. A fresh new board with new directors and a new top class coaching staff is absolutely necessary now, even if they can't buy players before January 2016 (which would only be months away at that point). Internal repairs are needed just as much if not more than new players.

Rayo are alot like Barca in terms of style. Marseille this season have been great in attack like most Bielsa teams. Bilbao are in a mix of bad form and bad luck but generally play good attacking football. But you know what all 3 have that we don't? Well do ya? A fucking system and tactics that the players employ during the course of a match unlike the headless chicken auto pilot mode of Lucho.

i'm sure lucho's name was somewhere between these names last year. we don't need ANY of them because it would be the same story all over again. we need klopp. or heynckes out of retirement.

Oh Athletic have a system? What kind of system is this that makes them lose against worse teams all the time and being 12th on the table? Then again, scratch that question, I doubt you even watch them.

I wouldn't say De Boer has "minimal experience" .

Netherlands NT assistant coach 2008-2010 (WC 2nd place)
Ajax manager since 2010 December winning 2010–11, 2011–12, 2012–13, 2013–14 Dutch league...
This year, yes, PSV is leading but you must admit PSV have some amazing players. (Manager is Cocu btw...)

Compare him to Lucho who got what.. Celta 9-th last season and Roma 7-th...

Lucho is frustrating the life out of me, and most others going on the reactions towards him. I'm not on the sack him side, as he can still turn things around but has to do so quick. His team selections and tactics are baffling at times though, and the players seem to be baffled by them aswell going with some of the disjointed performances. The club needs a change at the top, Laporta returning would be a major step in the right direction.

I remember this summer he said that he wouldn't coach Barca because he has nothing to teach players like Messi or Iniesta, he may might feel that this job could be too big for him.

No point in sacking him as long as the current board is still here. If the new board is elected (hopefully Laporta's) they'll bring someone competent.

No point in looking for a new coach, as long as the board is here.
But also, there is no point in looking for a new coach and the board with the current team/players past their prime and without motivation and mental strength/self belief.
Plus, we have a transfer ban, so...

1. we need a new board
2. we need a new coach
3. we need a new generation of younger, more hungry and physically stronger players
4. we need some fresh ideas, some tweaking of outdated Pep's system, fresh energy, fresh motivation, fresh hunger and everything.
= a new cycle, this one was finished 3-4 years ago, but everyone are still trying to revive Pep's era

A new board won't help without a new coach and new players.
A new coach won't help without a new board and new generation of players.
And new generation of players again won't work without a new board and a new coach.

Everything is connected and everything is wrong with our club currently.
So, sit down and don't lose your nerves until 2016'

The bad thing is that we will surely lose Messi's best years till then, and we will never have as high chances to win Champions league as we had in the last 7-8 years with Messi in his prime.

If anyone wondered how our team will look like one day when Messi will be gone, it will be something like the 1st half yesterday.
Ok, we will buy some new 100M player to lead our team, but a team with Messi in his prime and without Messi in his prime are two different universes.
