We need a good coach. That is all. No Barca DNA bullshit, no won this won that.

For me a good coach would be somebody who analyzes his squad and realizes how to get the best out of it, no matter what the playing style is. It is of course difficult with a young guy or somebody who has no reputation because at such clubs like Barca the coach has to deal with players like Pique, Xavi, Iniesta etc. who won everything in their careers and they will only follow somebody who gets them from the very first minute. Not to mention Messi who is basically a larger than life figure.
I am not saying these players a trouble makers but they normally know when there is a real pro or some amateur teaching them.

Now find somebody like that. I would say probably Tata was almost such a coach but he had different problems it seems. Problems with the media and then he did not get any chance to make 1 or 2 mistakes.
Difficult task and a huge risk. Lucho was quite a gamble and imo he is not good enough. Not for Barca, not for Real, Bayern etc. All the top clubs.

At this point I would be willing to give Bielsa a chance, tons of experience, doing pretty good job with Marselle, what I read about him that he is weird, but perfectionist and analyzes everything to the last detail and even Pep praised him once for being best manager in the world.

What's strange is that he seems obsessed with analysing but so far has achieved nothing in Europe. His results aren't even consistent except atm with Marseille. In all fairness he never managed a big club but still. He is one of the most innovative and influental managers though. But most players would have massive problems with his character, I fear.

Not that good lately beside the French League.

Got his ass kicked in the first round of the french League Cup.

And last night, he got crushed in the French Cup by a fourth division club made of amateurs.

I remember this summer he said that he wouldn't coach Barca because he has nothing to teach players like Messi or Iniesta, he may might feel that this job could be too big for him.

I dont think Lucho can teach anything now? yet he is coaching us anyway

Well his character probably is the biggest problem, but it would be it interesting to see what could he do with talent we have.

With the bad results and tensions in the dressing room, Luis Enrique’s future at Barcelona is shrouded in doubt.
Barcelona might not even risk the Champions League with Luis Enrique and choose a replacement depending on the situation.
Luis Enrique could be sacked, he depends on the results vs Atletico Madrid and the Spanish cup ties vs the winner between Atleti/RealMadrid.
Board member Toni Freixa has called a board meeting and plans to convince Bartomeu to call for elections at the end of the season.
