Did Lucho not specifically say he asked for Arda and Vidal before going on to congratulate the interim board for making the decision to sign Arda?

Where is the vagueness or confusion coming from? Seems quite clear he wanted Arda at club and asked for him.

I didn't hear he say he asked for anyone. He congratulated the interim board and said he's a great signing, but he didn't say the words " I asked for him", or implied he did it. He was somewhat vague.

You really cant take a different opinion from the one they try to force down peoples throats without getting personal.

Hopefully someone asks him to clear it up if people are going to make an issue of it but Lucho is not stupid and he knows what it means to back the decision of the interim board.

I still think the other candidates got this issue wrong. They should have just backed the signing of Arda and made it out to be Luchos man and not Bartos. Now it just looks liks Barto knows what Lucho wants more than the others.

Pogba one I think is a bit like Neymar transfer . Lucho knows it is a long term aim of the club to get him and is happy with it but knows it wont happen this summer so nothing specific to ask for here and now.

What makes you think he has a problem saying it?

If he didnt ask for him why would he praise the interim board and make a point of what Arda brings to the team?
