Well for starters I'd tell Suarez to chill and keep a margin - I understand that strikers need than last centimeter and that its often what makes the difference, but 10 times? Suarez is very strong, can't really be bullied - than let him run up 1-2 meters from the CB's and receive the ball in the box with his back to the goal and try to pass it back to one of our players.
Raki should have probably not started the game, I would play Roberto on CM and Alves on RB. Yes Alves was mediocre against Atletico - but we needed his playmaking skills.

Busi playing deeper and instructing Messi/Ney to also drop deeper and help out in the buildup - that would stretch Valencia defence on the width and depth.
