Barçapocalypse NOW!
Back to pre-Anoeta levels of uselessness... One can argue that he was still useless after that too since MSN and Xavi took over...

Usual bull shit again huh?

Lucho deserves some damn credit here. The team responded well to his pep talk in the half time, it just wasn't meant to be! If what all you guys are saying that he has no control over the super stars is true, the likes of Leo and Neymar would not have tried so hard in the second half!

After this game it definitely felt that the fans in here are just over-reacting and over-analyzing with their Lucho-lost-authority-over-the-team bull shit. Not true at all! He benched the fuck out of Alves for crying out loud!!

And he damn well was right when he said he did not sub players because it would be unfair.... It would not have been unfair per se(Iniesta was definitely having a poor game) but who would he bring in again!?!? He just did not want to go crazy and say "my bench is poor!" is all.

Give some freaking respect please!

Ney was absolutely terrible during the second half.He tties to dribble past the defense and he always fails.Other times,he keepa the ball too much instead of giving the damn pass immediately

He has been playing like that for weeks. If Lucho can neither bring some sense to him nor sub him off, then he clearly has lost control over him

This is down to having a thin squad and players either being tired or deciding to not give a fuck right when it matters. The only thing I'd blame Lucho for is moving messi inside for no good reason.

When Lucho had Pedro and Xavi, he rotated. He had no issues subbing off Neymar or Suarez for Pedro and he had no issues subbing Xavi on for Iniesta or Raki. He also doesn't seem to have an issue subbing or starting Arda and Rafinha in games.

I'm not going to even talk about I'm resigning, but this summer he absolutely has to bring in player that HE WILL USE in the season. There is no point in keeping those bench players we have now if he doesn't play them or have any use for them. They are just spectators.

He seems to be very selective of who exactly he trusts as a sub/impact player (and that's perfectly fine), but it's his responsibility to bring some in that he will actually use.

I agree. Same thing goes for Messi as AM centrally against parked busses, Ney not tracking back or helping out in buildup, Suarez running offside 10 times etc.

Yeah Pedro and xavi were big misses this season. They were perfect bench players and good guys for the dressing room.

Tonight was actually the first time I missed Pedro since he left. We could do better than Pedro though, he was playing poorly for like 3 seasons before he left - but never as poor as Ney was tonight.

Fuck this feels like the Tata season all over again.

The past 4 matches we have been told that the team will finally make a comeback etc.Like the 13/14 season, some fans still secretly hope that the team will finally get their shit together and win the final games to get the title.

But,let's be real, after another defeat, the morale should be in all-time low.

Low morale+physical and mental fatigue+mostly useless subs+Lucho losing it+bad luck+lack of leaders+most starters being off form+conceding in every match resulting in having to face a bus====>This is how you win the 5 last games :tata:

Having a player like Pedro and Xavi ensured that players like Ney, Suarez, Raki and Iniesta were in good shape for later parts of the season and also made them realize that they could benched for a quality player.

The difference is that Lucho doesn't believe in Munir like he did in Pedro. He believes in Roberto, but uses him to cover Dani's ass. He also believes in Turan and Rafinha but Turan has had difficulty adjusting and Rafinha has been injured the entire season.

Bartra, Verm, Adriano, Munir, Sandro, Douglas, Masip and quite possibly Vidal at this point, don't really serve much purpose in this team because Lucho does't see any use in them. That's 1/3 of our squad...It's simply too massive portion of our squad to regard as useless.

if lucho fail to win the league, should he go out from barca?

If we win CDR he'll probably stay. However, if we get no titles I'm sure he will step down even if the board/players back him to stay.

Also, it's funny how some members are saying we are still okay for the League. The same shit was said during Tata's season, with many users thinking we will easily make a comeback in our last 3-2 matches of that season. Feels like deja vu.

No! The board would need to set their priorities straight and get the players that Lucho wanted! I'd blame the stupid board for this shit that has happened the last three weeks!!

May be Lucho has contributed a bit to it by moving Messi back into center right in the clutch period, etc. But the board is majorly responsible for this slump
