As i said, in the first half he was good. In the second half not. Dembele wasn't better and Munir was even worse than them both so i don't see what this has to do with 'pub side'.

And all 3 aren't good enough for Barcelona imo they were a 3rd division side. How they perform against a side like that has everything to do with their future here

He hasn't played for such a long time and people expect him to be completely in form and great all of sudden? Come on.

He wasn't nearly as bad as some folks made out to be.

Interesting...But what does he see in Denis for example?. A guy who offers absolutely nothing regardless of whether he can play in multiple positions or not. And i'd dare say he shouldn't even be ahead of Aleña in the pecking order.

A couple things are evident in this situation. Malcolm came in because the board/sporting department made an 'executive' decision, based on his obvious talent. But, Ernie clearly didn't want him, didn't request him and clearly isn't going to play him much either, probably because he isn't a good fit in his midfield heavy system. The only chance for him is the odd game here or there in the Copa del rey. Sad but it's true. Abidal and whoever else in the scouting department needs to be careful when buying players while Ernie is around. He is a 'particular' type of coach. You have to buy players that can fit in his system. There's not too much tactical variety or out of the box stuff with him. We are going to play one particular way with the odd change in setup here and there. The Malcolm's, Dembele's, Sane's, Sterling's, those winger type players, we should avoid buying for now.

well it not just him..Pep used to be equally picky as well..He refused to play people who he didn't ask for.

About Denis Suarez, EV doesn't play him either :D ..But what works for him is that he is a midfielder.. its quite difficult to get into our forward line up because we kinda play with 4 midfielders in our lineup to maintain balance.

Again not called up. His Barca career is over. Such a shame, had high hopes for him, still don't get it what Dembele and Munir offer that Malcom doesn't. Barca will take a big loss on his transfer, but I hope they put a buy-back clause.

Munir is our only striker to backup Suarez, Dembele well we all know the situation with him and the flashes of brilliance coupled with stupidity make it very hard to determine what to do with him.

He will probably leave and end up beasting at another big club and we will sit here wondering "How did this happen!" while we stump up money for an aging Willian because the "Coach" wanted him so badly and he ends up being shit while being on big wages and Valverde conviently decides to leave at the end of the season and we will be stuck with the Brazilian Arda Turan.

Ridiculous conspiracy theories aside, Malcom must suck badly in training, have banged EV's daughter/wife or something equally disturbing. This whole situation just doesn't make sense.
