What in the world did I miss while I was at work today

United sure know how to make me feel better after I was down about losing to City yesterday.

This is bollocks. I think you're just throwing that out there because you assume none of us will have seen your U21's.
Wilson looked world class playing for the U21's but non of the others are tipped for greatness...and let's be honest you can't ask for more than 1-2 first team standard players from a youth team...we got Janujaz last season and Blackett, Wilson look capable of being squad players this season but most of the others will not be playing top flight football in their career....and another problem with last night's line up was there were no senior players in the team who were capable of holding on to the ball and calming the nerves.of the reserve players.....Our senior outfield players were Kagawa(played 15 mins before being injured), Welbeck, Anderson, Chicarito , Evans, Janujaz, ..Draw whatever conclusion you like but I don't think any of these players are capable of holding on to the ball and calming the nerves of the reserve players.......and our midfielder to partner Anderson was powell who played as centre froward last season and we conceded 3 goals after we subbed powell off and replaced him with Wilson who's a striker leaving Anderson as our only midfielder......I am not complaining about people making fun of us because that's expected but It's ridiculous of pundits and journalists to suggest we are in shambles based on the result of today's game.............

Been thinking, what do fellow united fans think?

De gea
Jones Evans Smalling
Rafael Carrick Shaw
Herrera Di Maria
Mata
Van Persie

If persisting with the 3-5-2 and obviously would need to be fit :)lol:) would accomodate pretty much everyonewith Di maria in his apparent best position. Cant wait for burnley either way  Edit: (ugh fuck alt codes, its supposed to be a diamond) :p

You're moving the goalposts. A minute ago you said some of them didn't look good enough for your U21s.
That wasn't me...but you've got to check the meanings of words some and all.....some of them have hardly set the world alight at U21 level

Well to be honest I'm just sick of wierd loking formations and want us to return to conventional 4 at the back formations that have full backs and wingers....our defenders are confused as it is so there's no need to confuse them even more......

Both Mata and Kagawa are poor on the wings, would have to be Di maria and Januzaj either side of Mata. But apparently Di maria is a poor winger in comparison to central? cant say i watched a lot of him at madrid.

His record as a winger is poor compared to the last season but he has all the attributes required to be a top winger unlike Mata and kagawa

4-3-3 is the way to go, apparently Hernandez is going for £12-15m and Cleverly for £8m.

DDG
Rafael-Smalling-Evans-Shaw
Herrera-Carrick
Rooney
Januzaj-RVP-Di Maria

Rojo and Jones as well for CB or LB/RB, Fellaini and Fletcher for CM, Mata/Kagawa as cover for Rooney, Rooney/Welbeck/Wilson cover for RVP, Young/Valencia cover fort Di Maria/Adnan.
