That "We were just unlucky" crap was complete opposite of what Fergie used to say after a big defeat....His post match interviews after 6-1 defeat was really motivating....

The gift that keeps on giving. Moyes. :worthy:

Rooney and his agent have put on an absolute clinic when it comes to contract renewals. Given their league position they're petrified to lose him and the effects of the hyperbolic aftermath if he left. Not very reassuring from the decision makers at Old Trafford. The lolz clincher is the 'ambassadorial' role after he retires.

Man Utd need to keep Moyes as manager. They need continuity they need to give Moyes time to reshape the squad. Moyes has made mistakes but which manager hasn't?!

So KEEP MOYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not looking good for us. And for the first time in my life I'm worried about my club spending big money in the summer window because of the man who is probably going to spend it. If we don't do that properly, we'll be set back several years. Really hope we cut our losses as soon as possible. We managed to create a single chance against Olympiakos, the second worst team in the round of 16, United of course being the worst :(

That "we're just unlucky" was sad to me, because he's so blind that some people who had some sympathy to him start to get annoyed by him now.

Moyes has no self-criticism because, IMO, he thinks he's good because Ferguson chose him.

As for the transfer window, it cracks me everytime we (psg fans) see people from MU scouting PSG players like Cavani and Verratti here because beside the fact that PSG will not let them go, dunno what Moyes can do to lure them.

If the rumor about Ferguson calling Laurent Blanc to try to convince PSG to sell Cavani is true, it just proves how Moyes is so retarded and crap that MU has to "use" Fergy to try to lure players, because Moyes is just an handicap right now.

(and it was for nothing if true, because Blanc is not a manager, he's just a coach that has no say on who should stay or leave at PSG concerning Star Players like Cavani or Ibra. So Fergy can call Blanc all he wants, it's with President Nasser that he will have to deal with. And Nasser was always clear so far, PSG doesn't sell its stars.)

How is this even a rumor?
If he came, where would he play?
Most likely never happened.

...

I think any human eye can see moyes has no true tactics. As for the side that was picked for the match, I don't understand choosing cleverly, smalling, valenica, and young versus say the skill sets of Fletcher, Fellaini, Kagawa, Januzaj, and Rafael!

Such a disappointing season. I wonder if SAF is truely 'suffering with the fans' nowadays.

Fergue comes across as a bit of a narcissist, so I'm not sure he'll be too bothered about Moyes' failures.

Of course he will. United is his home, his passion and his life for the last thirty years, and he still attends every game. I'd bet that United means more to him than our respective clubs mean to any poster on here, and by a country mile too.

i fail to see the similarity, firstly, suarez is a superior player both individually and interms of impact to the club. secondly, renewing suarez with a proportional salary to his performance was a justified move for '7th' but renewing rooney with a ridiculous salary putting him up their with messi and ronaldo is preposterous considering his turning 29 and his sale price isn't what it used to be.

It's a huge sum for a player who's never been world class and who's mentally weak.
