This is how he repays us for plucking him from obscurity and prioritising him over a 40m signing. He wasn't even tearing it up in the B squad.

If players are going to use underserved promotions to the first team as a chance to seal the bag at another club, then don't promote them until they are good enough to warrant a place in the first team squad in the first place.

And in the tiny chance that he does make it, please no special treatment in bringing him back like he is some sort of Barca ultra fanboy.

BREAKING: Marc Guiu JOINS Chelsea. He has given his final GREEN LIGHT to the move. They have tripled his salary and will pay €6M to Barcelona.
@Luis_F_Rojo

triple salary, hopefully Moriba 2.0.
We dodged a bullet here if he already hunts money in his age. Every contract extension would have been a clowns show with such players. Better to get rid of them early. Just a pitty we didn't get at least €10m

Good for him.

I don't blame him to be honest, everyone has to act in their best interests. Also I was never a massive fan.
Short term money is in his best interest rather than long term development? Maybe we should ask Moriba how that worked our for him :lol:
Chelsea changing players and coaches like others their underwear. It's the absolute last place on earth you want to join as a talent, if you want a stable team to continue developing.

At his age? Absolutely
Maybe if he is 21 years old who proved to belong to top level.
But 18 years old reserve players fails more often than not, one injury and they are screwed.
Get a life changing money abd then be picky.
