Yes indeed it takes big feet to step into two CL finals in last 3 years, and a small throat to choke on both of them. Last 5 actually, they've choked on.

Despite reaching the CL final again, they got humiliated.

There's also no guarantee that Juve will be able to keep Dybala. Selling Pogba really put a dent on their reputation to keep their most prized players IMO.

Just gives you a message that they would sell once a player wants out.

The important thing is: How are Barca going to convince PSG to sell one of their best ever players, when they haven't done it ever before with Nasser as chairman. How?

Probably no chance of that unless Verratti goes full snake.

Then he's not committed to do well for them and punishing him with him being close friends with several key members of the squad will do PSG no good either.

But I think Verratti will be a good boy and accept to stay eventually and do his best.

if the 100Mil figure is the buyout, why would any negotiations be needed? just asking. we should walk in say fuck you Nasser, here's your 100mil and walk out.

They don't have a release clause in France.

You can offer 50M, they can say: No.
You can offer 100M, they can say: No.
You can offer 500M, they can say: No.

So, it is not about money, but about Barca and Verratti somehow convincing Psg to let him go (like: I don't want to stay here under any circumstances).
And after that, of course, we'll still have to pay roughly 100M even there is no a release clause.

He will cost much more than 100M. Pogba costs 110M€. I let you imagine how much costs Verratti.
