I still think he would've developed more if he stayed at Dortmund. Sure, he has moments of brilliance and scored the world cup winning goal but honestly with what he showed 3/4 years ago; a lot of us thought he and Neymar would be seriously competing for the Balon D'or by now. I think they'll both be in the final 23 but at this point Neymar seems to be more likely to be top 5 in the next few years and this is coming from someone who was VERY skeptical of signing Neymar.
