More news from the journalists :

- Doctor Rolland did an health check up on him
- He found no teeth problem
- He found no vaccine problem
- But he found lots of small anomalies ALL OVER his body

Rolland is waiting for more results but he already gave an estimate, he's giving an agreement of around 95% to recruit him.

The decision to sign him up or not will be around 5pm french timezone

The guy is new and just played one season, I still don't get why psg is paying a small fortune for him.

That sounds scary. Which kind of anomalies are you talking about?

An italian journalist (DiMarzio) also reported that the blood test result is abnormal.

As for the anomalies, no one knows yet.

People are already specualting that it could the result of a case of abuse / child abuse when he was a kid.

I honestly think that it has a lot to do with our interest. Surely they would prefer if he stayed at Roma for at least another season but our quest for a centre back means that if they want him they need to get him this summer. If there wasn't so much discussion going on about Barcelona and centre backs I don't think there would have been such a fuss made about Marquinhos this summer. PSG believe enough in his talent to take the risk and prevent another top club from signing him.

I think clubs simply know that PSG will always end up paying the release-clause eventually, so why bother selling for less? Cavani release-clause, Marquinhos release-clause, Lavezzi and Pastore also release-clause if I remember correctly, T. Silva also a number very close to the release-clause (I'm not sure if he had a release-clause at Milan, but it was quite an astronomical transfer-fee anyway :))

Well, as if PSG liked that to happen all the time

It's more like the other clubs know PSG is rich as f*** and won't even negociate a price Under the release clauses.

So when psg wants a player, eventually they have to pay the release clause.

Still no contract yet.

The health check up ended as what i reported ealier : 95%

Apparently the PSG chose to sign him. Might happen later today.
Congratz with the transfer. Did they give more info about his health status btw? You almost never hear that that there're issues during the medical, so it seems something very strange.
