Nonsense. It is the latest excuse and folk just see Braithwaite buzzing about and think should get ball when not in good position.

Same excuse made time and again as last resort for players.

Relevance is that your argument about shot count is irrelevant in regards to Barca with Messi in it. He is entitled to be on the end of every attack, which means he heroballs every time, 9 of which utterly fail to deliver now days. His passing has sucked too recently, so he doesn't set up is team mates with killer through balls anymore. Lions share of Barca attacks end with Messi fail at pass or fail at shot. Connect the dots.

Messi creates most big chances in Europe top five league btw. His shots, many from not good position (outside the box, many opponents in front...)

Braithwaite, no disrespect but he adds zero to Barca attack. He has good workrate and helps defend though.

It's almost as if someone suddenly told him to play as a winger , unless you think someone who came from a relegation team decides where he wants to roam.
