Since that's pretty much our transfer budget and also our main priority, anything else from player sales can go for Neymar, who i really don't want to see here, but can see it happen.

Barcelona have offered Vilanova to sign Hummels but the coach is not convinced. He prefers T.Silva, but his transfer fee is very high [catr]

Are you kidding me... Vilanova is diappointing. Fuckin coach

Why the hell would Tito not want Hummels? He is a top 5 CB in the world for sure! You can always partner him with Bartra/Puyol/Mascherano if he truly can't play well with Pique.

I think Thiago Silva is the world's best CB at the moment, but he is too old.

Hummels is not as good as Silva (yet) but he is one for the future. He did make a mistake against Real Madrid, resulting in a goal, but i don't think he often makes mistakes like that.

I have never seen Marquinhos play tbh.

of course vilanova would take hummels, don't believe any silly transfer stories that say otherwise, he is not an idiot :lol:

Hummels. Thiago may be 'the best' defender but his history with injury and the money we would need to fork out makes me uneasy to say Silva.

Hummels is young and imagine what he can achieve with a side like Barca with proper guidance from a mentor like Puyol.

Of course the language and cultural barrier might be something that might be something to consider as well but I don't think that would be any issue given time and trust.

Hummels + another defender would be a better option than Silva
