it's too early to compare him to alves imo. when we had prime alves. we were like attacking with 4 forwards and defending with 4 backs. his combination with messi
was just too good. semedo is great and that's it, he's a fantastic signing, let's hope he'll get better and better.

Semedo didn't play too many minutes so far, so he doesn't really need rotation.
It's to keep Slowbero happy. The incredibly versatile player who can play even as GK and will not be much worse than at RB.
It's clear that Valverde doesn't rate Roberto as a midfielder and is trying to give him minutes at the expense of the new man.
But why only on away games?
