Qataris are very prideful, they will rot him 1 year on the bench if he do this.
Club reaction to Neymar Jr.'s absence in training
On Monday, July 8, Neymar da Silva Santos Junior was summoned to resume the activities of the Paris Saint-Germain professional group.
Paris Saint-Germain found that the player Neymar Jr. had not arrived at the agreed time and place without prior authorization from the Club.
Paris Saint-Germain deplores this situation and will take the appropriate measures resulting from it.
Neymar to Barca is back on bitches
Told you guys.
Bartofeo jumping right in.
Not sure if this method (declaring an open war) is the right choice for Neymar if he wants out.
Ironically I could see it become the beginning of the end of his dream of moving away.
Obviously that depends on how committed Neymar will be to endure all the pressure before potentially leaving and whether or not PSG wants a ticking time bomb in their squad who wants out 2 months before the transfer window closes.
I think that he will eventually get his wish granted but not sure if we will be buying him. Hopefully not.
Talk about a farce.
Its obvious he is doing this because of us. You honestly think Barto wont fo for him because he thinks dembele is better than neymar. Remember, Amdre curry which is our representative spoke with neymar father on brazil.
What was he supposed to say? That the club is interested in Neymar publicly? That would do more harm than good. Similarly the comments about Dembélé. No sane negotiator would for instance publicly say that Dembélé is for sale and that we don't count on him.
It is painfully obvious that the club is interested in resigning Neymar, that he wants back and that PSG is willing to sell him for the right price and if the right deal is reached. Case in point Nasser's "first of a kind" public comments weeks ago directed at Neymar mostly. Add to that the arrival of Leonardo. 1 month of virtually EVERY single local and non-local (French, Brazilian) media writing the exact same things.
Local media keeps claiming that he wants back desperately.
Now rumors of him going back to BCN this very week to look for a house to buy and in order to accelerate his signing with us. A deal (contract) between the club and Neymar has also been reached apparently. Probably includes him annulling his demand for that "loyalty bonus", lowering his wage from his current one (a certainty as we won't pay him as much as PSG has been doing) and most likely a public apology for him leaving 2 years ago and in the fashion he left.

Can't get my head around how the board and Valverde (who has no or close to no say most likely) plans to fit Neymar, Griezmann, Messi and Suárez into the same team if we end up buying Neymar which I consider as very realistic (wrote that weeks ago already) option despite Bartomeu's public comments.
For me that was nothing more than a show. Similarly with his comments about de Ligt that were made (most likely) to save face or to pretend that we are still in the race. Later for the local pamphlets to write their propaganda about de Ligt not being interested and preferring money over us. They already made such a campaign when it became obvious that he would join Juve. All to make room for their Neymar darling. They did the same with the poster boy De Jong when it looked certain that he would sign for PSG.
I hope that I will be proven wrong but I don't think so.
Did you read my post earlier today before this news broke?
I never believed, even for a second, that we are not interested in Neymar and vice versa. Wrote weeks ago that I would be stunned if we did not buy both Neymar and Griezmann while parting ways with Coutinho and Dembélé.
As for what I think of such a plan, I have written about extensively in several threads already so no point repeating myself.
All I can say is that resiging Neymar will bite us in the ass. A player that literaly pissed on the club in our most difficult time in almost 1 decade (summer of 2017 - only the summer of 2008 is comparable in recent memory, one could argue 2014 as well but less so) on almost every front. Now resining him 2 years later. It would be an utterly embarrassing transfer on so many fronts (already written about that in detail) that it is difficult to count them.
I understand that you want him back but I am afraid that we won't ever agree.
All we have to do his give psg demeble+ 100 million
No way Barca can force a good deal with PSG like this.
