Neymar is undoubtedly among the top 2-3 most talented players in the world,but unfortunately that doesn’t mean much.
First of all he has shown to be injury prone the last 2 years,missing significant amount of games.
Secondly,he is a traitor.He left Barca because he couldn’t live under Messi’s shadow(which is tough for the fans but somehow understandable),but the way he did it was totally unforgivable.He played with Barca for 1-2 months instead of publicly asking for a transfer and then he did the unthinkable:he demanded the loyalty(!!!!) bonus.
Furthermore,I think everyone is aware that he is a diva and his whole entourage and lifestyle are a big disturbance for the team.
That said,he is still one of the best players in the world,BUT
But getting Neymar doesn’t automatically solve our problems and doesn’t automatically get us a CL(or 2-3 as some hope for).
Let me remind you that Neymar won only one CL in his 4 years at Barcelona.Counting 2014 out as he was too young,he had an outstanding 2015,he started 2016 playing the best football of his life(some claimed that he was better than Messi that time) but then his form started fading away.So,the latter half of 2016 and in 2017 season,he was quite inconsistent and definitely was not the difference maker the team needed to help Messi.
Now,heading into the 2020 season,he is supposedly at his prime years(though he has suffered some important injuries,so I doubt that).
The team has changed a lot since he left.The lineup of

Roberto-Pique-Lenglet-Alba
FDJ-Busi-Arthur
Messi-Griezmann-Ney
With Suarez coming from the bench,looks GREAT on paper,but I really doubt that Valverde can either manage all these egos OR come up with some decent tactics.
So,in other words,despite the great signings of FDJ,Griezmann and possibly Neymar,we’ll probably fail once again in the CL.
Not to mention the whole financial risk we are facing.In any case,if we manage to get rid of Rakitic and Coutinho,at least that would be a good start.As for Dembele,I am not sure if he should leave.He played some good football,but he definitely hasn’t come anywhere near the initial expectations.And I don’t know how much longer we have to wait for him to become the player he was meant to be.

That's the highest I would go. 80 mil and Coutinho. That's 180 mil€.

Barca doesn't have, but Real has. That's why for me, if Barca doesn't have an agreement this week, the option B will be Real. Neymar of course wants Barca. But he puts himself in a position where it will be difficult to stay in Paris. Difficult but not impossible. So none of Barca or Real can or want pay the price asked, he will stay. He has 3 years of contract remaining. It's enough to sell him next yeat at a good price with maybe a season without injury.
For me in terms of probabilities :
Barca - 50 %
Paris - 30 %
Real - 20 %

It's a real possibility. He is an idiot to put himself in this position. He should just wait an agreement. Paris management doesn't want him anymore. Instead of this, he sends his friends/families talking to medias, and then declare his best footballer moment was the shameful Aytekin robery (by the way, during this match he explodes the leg of his current partener Marquinhos, without even a yellow card... should be red) and finally he came back with 1 week of delay to the training.
He played a bad game. If he stays in Paris, his communication must be perfect. We will see.

First since when Coutinho is worth 100 millions ? In Barto head maybe.
Well, let's admit that he is worth 100 Millions. Neymar is worth only 180 Millions ? In a market where Lukaku costs 80 millions ? Griezmann 120 millions ??? Maguire 87 millions ??? Even Hazard is one year of contract is worth 100 millions.
If the offer is that, he will stay or he will go to Real.
Quataris have little choice. Player wants to leave and he basically only wants one club. Neymar fucked them over.
Keep him against his will and no chance they will sign any star anytime soon.
