Outlay equates to the same - money in equals money out in accounting. Coutinho's decreased current value now changes nothing on balance
you are saying how coutinho's price dropped but neymar costing around 200m is okay, just 22 m less then what barca got for him when he was younger, guy missed copa and all important matches for Brasil and PSG
How is that a good deal? Only in neymar fans heads probably
While coutinho didnt furfill fans expectations, he is worth 100m on todays football market, he isnt destroyed by injuries like ney is, was great for lpool and has huge potential to continue be great for another team, saying how barca can not sell him for 80m or more is just admitting being okay with this incompetent board
No one wanting Coutinho changes little, hence pointing out it is irrelevant in terms of finances. Accounting is not done on valuations but hard figures. Money has been received and spent, should Neymar return for the rumoured numbers then it amounts to essentially balancing out those figures making it a poor financial deal for Barcelona when the leverage should be on our side

If he comes, Dembele is off to Bayern. I would be insulted in Dembele's place.
The people saying Coutinho is only worth 60m are off their rocker. Yes he may only have played like a 60m player for us but football doesn't work like that. No player loses more than half his value after 18 months based purely on his footballing quality.
There is always some manager with an ego big enough to think they can get the best out of him in their team/system. This is how the transfer market works and why players like Lukaku are even being sold for profit.
