I don't care about his antics on the pitch, that's just not important. The 2 main things I'm concerned about are his foot and to a lesser extent the price tag. The fee we'd have to pay for him is huge and it will restrict our ability to pursue other players, who will be able to contribute for more time. However we could recoup some of that next season by selling Dembele, Coutinho, Vidal, Rakitic, Umtiti.

The main reason I'm still against his signing is his damn foot. After two years with the same serious injury, it's simply crazy to risk having a player earning huge wages for the next 5 years while contributing very little. Especially since our whole attack will be 28 years old or higher starting this year.

Anyway, I have no power so whatever happens, happens.

It's really really tough to say if he will ever be "worth the money (fee+wages)" even if he contributes a whole lot to this team. What's even more interesting is the fact that PSG won't lose such a big amount of money on Neymar in the end. We all tough that 222 mil was a ludicrous amount of money that wouldn't ever repay and now we'll buy him for 170 mil while in the meantime we spent around 120 on Dembele and 145 on Coutinho. In the end PSG spent 52 mil (222-170) + salary on him for two seasons and that's more than acceptable. Neymar ruined his career by leaving Barca but we are even bigger losers since we spent entire Neymar money on two players that didn't succeed here and we are now paying 170 mil on Neymar again after we have spent around 60 mil first time!!! If we ignore salary expense (which are HUGE), until now we have spent around 273 mil net (60+120+145+170-222) on those 3 players. All of parties here are losers but to be fair we are the biggest losers by far.
