Highly doubt it.[tw]1166823583752052736[/tw]
If there's any truth to it, what a bunch of losers. Can't wait to hear their excuses when we still fail in the CL with Neymar.

After nearly two days of intense negotiations, the PSG decided to reject Barça's offer for Neymar. The matter became more complicated for the Catalan club, which now have only one solution: to pay the sum demanded by Paris or to give up.
It's not yet the right one for Barcelona and Neymar. On Wednesday evening, PSG decided to reject Barça's offer for the Brazilian playmaker. "They know what we want from the beginning and they are still far from it," explained a close friend of the case to RMC Sport, who also explained that the capital's club no longer has time to finalise deals with all the players offered by Barça by the end of the mercato, on 2 September. Either Barça pays or the deal fails
This marks the end of the possibility of an exchange involving current players from the Catalan club, none of whom seem very willing to come. PSG's most wanted by the PSG, Ousmane Dembélé, clearly refused to accept through his agent, Moussa Sissoko, who told RMC Sport again on Wednesday afternoon that there was no chance of seeing the French world champion leave Barça.
For the Catalan leaders, the deal is simple: either they match the amount requested by the PSG, or Neymar stays in Paris. The 27-year-old Brazilian was recruited in 2017 by Paris upon payment of his 222 million euro release clause.
