Did cruyff forget about Iniesta and Xavi? We have had 3 ship captains on the field for the past 4 years.
They don't play in the same position though (midfield vs attack). Undoubtedly he was referring to Ibra, but the comparison is not really correct, because unlike Neymar (who'll play LW), Ibra wanted to occupy the same position as Messi did (striker, or false 9, or whatever it's called)

BREAKING - Mundo Deportivo: "Barça reaching agreement with Santos means Neymar is officially a Barça player even if DIS refuse the offer."

Knowing that the president of DIS said to Skysports that he wants Neymar to leave , it's done ? (if this information is true).
Don't think so, the article of EMD (http://www.mundodeportivo.com/20130524/fc-barcelona/neymar-barca-santos-dis-teisa_54374366915.html) stated that in case there is an agreement with Santos, the other parties (DIS + that one with 5%) can't block the transfer.

Unfortunately there's no deal with Santos yet, that's the blocking factor at the moment :)

Cruyff is a legend, but I think this time he's totally wrong. Neymar is not that kind of a player, who would fight for the leader role. He adores Messi.
And I believe that Neymar and Leo will form a great duo. :)
yep. Neymar doesn't have the leader profile cruyff is talking about. Doubt that would be a problem.

That. And also the fact that Neymar always says that Messi is the best and that he is idol, he would love to train and play with him. Ibra, on the other hand, is a little bit arrogant. But that's another story :)

Whatever happens, this must be the most confusing transfer saga in years. literally every single media says a different thing.

Santos has accepted the 25M bid Barcelona made yesterday for Neymar, but an investment group involved doesn't approve the current deal [uol]

note: barcelona's 25M bid would be 18M cash plus two friendlies, the investment group wants their 40% share of 25M, not only of 18M [uol]

That'll be a fair price for him.

Edit : in that case, if we paid 40% of 25m to DIS, it would cost us 28m plus two friendlies, still not a bad price

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with 100% rights our income from shirts, image rights, etc will be higher than with 55%
