Still has his final game in Australia tomorrow.

To be fair to Dembele, he said nothing to the media and done his job. His agent was an ass but Dembele done what needed to be done on the pitch.

In the end we acheived 2nd place rather easily and Dembele was a large part of that. Without home defeats to Frankfurt, Cadiz and Rayo it could have been even more.

Very soon, turns out he wasn't given many minutes in the last two games as that would've made us pay Dortmund an extra 1.5m.

I suspected there must be a reason why he didn't start. He would surely start if we wouldn't all but guaranteed 2nd place before those two games though as we could potentially missed out on much more money.

❗️The Barcelona dressing room believes that Ousmane Demb?l? does not control his situation and that his agent Moussa Sissoko controls him.

• The player maintains his desire to stay at Bar?a but he will do only what his agent wants.

Confirms what we have suspected already. Moussa is manipulating him

He's not really manipulating him but getting the best financial deal for both of them and Dembele is behind his agent (he said it before), so he might prefer Barca but won't stay since they can't pay him what he wants, can't blame him for going after the money cause most players would make the same decision.

Dear Demebele,

Thank you for allowing us to finance your PlayStation victories during your first 4 years here. Thank you for allowing us to pay for your numerous rehabs. Thank you for numerous turnovers you caused during the games you played for us. Thank you for your inability to learn 10 words of Spanish language during the last 5 years. Last but not least thank you for missing that chances against Lpool and PSG.

I sincerely hope you will continue to play and behave like that in Paris because they deserve to see your "full potential". You truly belong to PSG.

Cheers.

Moussa is manipulating hahahahaha

Didn't he just turn 25 years old? Not only are you weird for fanboying a player that has at best accomplished only 3 good seasons in his career (with no major trophies and accolades to accompany said performances), but you are even weirder for infantilizing a grown married man.

Yeah

Agents works for the players, not the other way around.

Everything Moussa is doing is approved by Dembele. And if he doesn't approve of it he could easily end their agreement and move on and sign up with a big agency like Gestifute or ICM.

Agents and players at the same side of negotiations, there is no difference between them. Dembele has literally authorised his agent to make a deal for him and their priority is the biggest contract. Nothing wrong with that either but no point in painting him like a loyal Barca lover if not for the evil agent and his hidden manipulative agenda.

True, he explicitly said that he's 100% behind his agent, so it's not like he's hiding his stance, he also said that he would be available for Xavi this season after the January fiasco, and he was. There's also nothing wrong with going after the money, though I wished he stayed cause I think we were stronger with him and hope we replace him adequately, definitely not with the likes of Januzaj.

I think he can be pretty gullible towards certain people he is emotionally bonded with.
That's speculation, sure
but there have been 10 month negotiations where the club has always pointed out that Moussa and Dembele appear to be giving opposing signs in all this.

Then, yes, an agent supposedly works for the best of his client.
But that is not always where the more money is, AND that is not always where the highest commission for the agent is

Yeah

You popped up to write that, after disappearing every time the relevant stats were being posted here?

FIFA need to put a cap on how much commission agents can get from any deals. It should also be paid by the player to the agent and not paid by the club.
