No, he isn't. Raiola is serving the interests of his client as seen by the fact he got Pogba into a situation both the player and Juventus are very happy with.

None of the players are playing out of the goodness of their hearts either. They want to maximise their playing time, wages, potential for trophies, suitability of location for themselves and their families etc. And Raiola doesn't constantly move his clients to different clubs. Some move frequently, some do not.
Raiola doesn't force people to become his clients. They sign with him of their own free will and in full knowledge of his history regarding transfers. Clubs aren't forced to sign his clients either.
