If true, then he's priced himself out of a move.City can probably out bid any other team yet I get the impression Pogba is being mercenary with these reported wage demands.
Honestly can't see us signing him after we got Turan anyway.

That's the difference between the shit Laporta did and the shit Bartomeu and Rosell have done. The former got criticized for it and rightly so, and barely survived a motion of no-confidence.
But what about Rosell and Bartomeu? They're backed by Grupo Godo who owns big papers like Mundo Deportivo and La Vanguardia. Whatever wrong they do is never reported. Socis are led to believe everything is perfect. That whatever they are doing is right. And the elder socis centralized in Catalunya are very likely to buy into their BS than the younger generation and foreign socis who always finds other means of getting the full truth. That's also why Rosell restricted the membership, to keep the core who are easy to manipulate. Works in their favour.
No full fledged Laportista here, but for me, he's much better than these crooks who seem to get away with everything while everyone else are criticized for their mistakes. And he's the only one who can win vs Bartomeu. Had there been another viable candidate who had a chance like Benedito, Jordi Farre or Victor Font then I would probably supported one of them.

Laporta didnt say he will sign pogba, he said he'll let abidal talk to lucho and if he said yes, "he can"
bartomeu must be feeling salty, after wasting 6 months trying to sign pogba and failing then lying to the public saying we never wanted him.

Not really worried about the reactions of his possible signing. One great season and everyone will change their tunes. Rememeber the 'We have Deulofeu, why sign that youtube boy from Brazil' or 'Reus will be better than that showboater ever will be'
