Don't know and I can't really see Paulinho being that big of a draw to sell more papers.

Both papers give off an impression that there's more to this story than meets the eye and that the Statements by Paulinho's club mean nothing. But tbh I think this one is dusted as in we aren't going for him anymore. Only way we can get him now is if we spend 40 million euros this summer on him or wait till the January window.

Yeah, this is just seem to be bad journalism (surprise surprise) and probably both has no other stories to talk about. Paulinho is the flavor of the day for them even if it is bad flavor.
I mean we were probably after him, and he is probably after us too :scared: . But I just don't see why his club would release such statements if they were have any thought of negotiating with us.
