The fact is Paulinho and Neymar are close friends and Neymar himself publicly stated he wants Paulinho, besides his family N&N company is linked with Lima's transfer. Lima hasnt been transferred and yes I am saying the club are not signing anyone because Neymar or his father wants it.

You are just a blind fanboy, nothing more. The Lima transfer was put to stop (for now) when Santos threatened to complain to FIFA for an illegal approach, hence Barcelona approached another mediocre Brazilian that happened to be a close friend of Neymar too. There is no other logical explanation behind it and you have no argument at all besides dismissing other people posts.

Highly doubt it... Most of the people in the stadium for the Gamper are tourists, and even then (sadly) I don't see much outrage about the board and it's shady signings outside of Barca forum...
