That midfield would even be great by all means if Cesc was replaced by Xavi. But then it would be no fun.

Walcott is out for 6 months and they don't really have wingers. Cazorla Ramsey Ozil are not wingers. The only one is Podolski. Oxlade is injured too, Bendtner too.

It's him or possibly Messi but Messi didn't play for long.
Pedro pretty much single-handedly decided the game. First with a great assist for Cesc and then by going on a solo run and forcing the penalty.
Pedro also was close to scoring himself, created other good chances and had a great game overall. Top quality defensive work, offensive movement and passing.
