What you fail to consider is how the youngsters will fare when facing real competition. Not saying they won't do well, but usually that's where inexperience shows, and poor take-ons and misplaced passes at the wrong time can be costly. Pedro, for instance, is still more accurate than Neymar at passing the ball in tight spaces and maintaining possession under pressure, and there are times that will be the better choice. You don't necessarily want all three attackers taking the same level of risks, or test a youngster in a tight game when you don't have to.
(and, though we know his swag and endorsements will continue to grow, we've yet to see if Neymar's finishing likewise improves in his second season against La Liga defenses)
Most Liga defenses are as poor as Club Leon's. It's only Atletico and Madrid where the true test lies. And last I checked Pedro plays poorly against top teams.
