He wouldn't walk into any of the EPL top 4 teams right now. He'd be a support sub who would rotate with players for injuries, fatigue etc. EPL teams don't have space for tactical players, they are too individualistic and Pedro is just not a good fit for that kind of football.

Pedro is not himself solely because he's benched most of the time and if he occasionaly gets to play he's rusty. If he got a decent run of games (which is impossible because Suarez and Neymar are just too good), he'd regain most of his peak form.

That's not entirely true. He started all of 12/13 and was pretty bad.

This is not true, at all. He was a starter during 11/12 and 12/13 and was pretty poor. Under Tata his minutes took a hit but he still got to play quite often, and was still poor. His performances now aren't any worse or better than they have been the past several seasons.

He is benched because he is poor. He is not poor because he is benched.

This videos just proves how good he would be in the EPL. With tons of space, fast counters, deep passes from midfield and deadly finishing - voila! He still makes those runs for Barca, but no one bats and eye - and he can't get past defenders 1vs1 if he doesn't outrun them. Our midfield is to withdrawn from the final third, and if they're there they'll be looking for Messi and wait for him to make the next move (or Neymar). If the buss is parked = bye bye Pedrito. And let's be honest, he dropped tons of form since 3 seasons ago. If we want to use him, sub him for Suarez - imo he would work better centrally running behind the lines if somebody actually supplied him.

Been great in the few minutes he got. I'm starting to believe he should be starting ahead of Neymar at the moment...

Depends on the game plan. Doesn't really fit with Lucho's run & gun (which was awful today), but was a great fit with Xavi on the pitch and Messi more central.
