RFEF told Villareal of the match ban and also announced it publicly on its website
Madrid said neither they nor the player was told. However, it is obvious beyond doubt that Villareal would tell Cheryshev about the suspension because that's what every club does every time (yeah, that's a weird statement). Moreover, Villareal never had the obligation to dell Cheryshev as per article 41.3.
RM can suck it with their interpretation of article 41. For starters, making a public anouncement on RFEFs website is enough for it to be public knowledge.
So the player should have known because we told his club, and RM should have known because its public and any fool should do due diligence and check the website.
RM can suck it even more because Cheryshev was on loan, so you would expect RM to at least check up on him, including his cards.
Many clubs ask us at the start of the season, just to be sure, about what players have suspensions and for which competitions. Real didn\'t ask so they can suck it (slight translator freedom here). They are a much bigger club than then humble Villareal, why do they expect Villareal to be RMs secretary?
Cheryshev can also suck it
bla bla bla
Suspensions reset after the third round but only for the teams that played them, not for teams that start on the 4th round
