I know people who said he didn't have to do anything, just put Messi, Xavi, Iniesta to play and Barça would win.

Regardless of the trophies, and the scorelines nowadays... I just think that our game was better a year ago than it is this season, especially recently. Our style has deteriorated somewhat.

Teams have just figured out how to deal with us.
Messi was moved to the middle and it was revolutionary.
We tried 3-4-3 last year, we didn't master it but it was a step towards the right direction.
We've been playing this way forever and yes it works but as soon as one little thing goes wrong we are done for.

Without Messi , Xavi, Iniesta there would be no Pep Era .Similarly without Pep , there would be no GOLDEN GENERATION .
It is the work of everyone associated with the club that led to the success . Because we feel it is convenient to attribute our success to one entity ,we say it was either Pep or the players were too good .

Simply a God. He even made Barcelona midgets defend set-pieces at an elite level. Barcelona will regret letting him go so easily. GOAT club coach.

If I was Barca director, I would put everything on the line just to make him the SAF of Barca. I wouldn't even give a crap if we fail a few seasons. Just seeing him on the sidelines will bring a sense of comfort in me. You'd always know he will motivate the players and his tactics will work to wonders in most games. Hopefully barca prepares a ginormous bid for him once his Bayern contract runs out. He's too good to pass on.

No point in dreaming about Pep now, he is gone and the board is to blame probably. Hopefully he'll be back in the near future. The board needs to think about a new coach for next season, sadly Tito in his condition is a liability, a top club cannot let that situation to extend further

Guardiola is still very very young for a coach, he will be 45 when his contract with Bayern ends. I have no doubt he will be the manager of Barca again.

He'll manage us again in future, I said that when he announced he was stepping down and I say it again.

Well, I fully expect him back at the club, whether it's as a coach, President or youth team coach - I'm quite confident of that...How kewl will his return be too eh?
