Bayern need a winger, not sure he will fit their team but if it's just a loan then there is no risk for them so it's worth a try. Bayern are a great club and the Bundesliga games are exciting to watch, I think he could be a success there maybe in the centre behind Lewandoski.

He will be fabulous wherever he ends up .
Guaranteed !

He'll definitely be better than at Barca no doubt.

I don't think parked buses suit his style at LW or playing CM. But we've seen him play class at LW for Liverpool and great at CM for Brazil and Liverpool. Think he needs a more open game to play well.

The player that will keep giving me nightmares for years to come. I used to call him Denis Suárez' invisible shooting merchant of a brother with 10 times the price tag, wage, hype and sadly 10 times slower as well. Was already the case before we bought him hence my strong opposition to his transfer.
Coutinho being a gigantic transfer flop and fraud is an understatement. One of the few positives of a potential Neymar return will be to somehow pray to God that we will be able to offload Coutinho in such a deal. Either that or admit complete and utter defeat and walk the long walk of shame by loaning him out for a laughable loan fee to the likes of Bayern (highly doubtful) or whoever is stupid enough to take the bait.

I would hate if even a few cents of those €184 annually that I pay as a socio have gone to finance the Coutinho transfer.

In all seriousness, what a mess Neymar created back in 2017 and what a mess he most likely will create once again 2 years after.

Some kind of bad Brazilian novela. Leonardo is our only hope.

Thought Bayern made sense. They are openly talking about inability to attract star players and they've been known to be a good destination for Brazilians. If they forked 80 mil. for a defender they can surely give 100 for Coutinho.

Not sure if he was a panic buy. He was bought mid-season. Everyone including 95% of the members here thought he would fit like a glove. People been saying for years Coutinho would be a good fit so it only made sense to go after him.

wasn't here back then, but I was strongly against spending the neymar money on dembele and coutinho cause of the absurdly high sums. 100+ mil for a single player is simply way too risky and should be spent on infrastructure, academies and scouting instead. those sums would only have been justified if dembele and coutinho would've won us 1 cl each, and that's something that is ridiculously unlikely to expect when you make the decision to pay the 100 mil.
