Its funny how just because the past 2/3 years english teams have not done to well in europe that people forget english team had by far the strongest contigent in the latter rounds and had by far the most teams making up the quarters and semi's for like 5-7 years without fail. Its just a cycle and a transition period but they will be back in the next few years.

Dzeko, Kompany, Toure, Zabaleta, Nasri just are producing the goods and their levels have dropped quite significantly. I don't know if its bad form/confidence issues or if they simply aren't good enough anymore but if they can't regain their previous levels then city are going to have to have quite a large rebuild.

The last time that happend was 6 years ago.Then came Barca and changed Football.
The english need to move on from their Football.It´s outdated.
