He hasn't built shit. Basically got Kovac's team and won that lucky Covid CL, against a weak Barca, Lyon and barely got over PSG in the final. People rave about sextuple with Bayern like we don't know that only trophy that matters is the CL from that run. A broken CL that season.

Bayern didn't even wanted to back him in the transfer market after a sextuple. Go figure.

Yeah, truly terrible coach.

You truly believe that if in that CL there was a 2 leg tie, Flick would have not won it?

1-leg if anything gives the advantage to the weaker side to steal a result.
That Bayern swept everyone, bar PSG in the final.

There was nothing 'lucky' in that CL win

Of course it changes the whole thing. First off, they had to move the competition at the end of the season and games weren't influenced by league/cups fixtures. They were playing in mid August.

Also, some results wouldn't be the same with double legged fixtures. City would have beaten Lyon over two games and then played Bayern.

That's what I am saying.
The double leg fixture helps the better team to correct a 'bad night'
City would have beaten Lyon, and Bayern would have annihilated that version of City (2019/20)
Klopp has the best record vs Pep, and that Bayern was like 10 Klopp sides together in their pressing

I think Ten Hag is superior to Xavi as a manager, but those anointing him in the elite tier are doing it way too soon.

They got absolutely destroyed by City not long ago.

Point is there's only 2 managers to really be jealous about in the world, who would bring clear upgrade everywhere they go. Pep and Klopp. Other than those two, you have a bunch of class managers who fit us really badly, and some good managers who would need a lot of time to get things done.

Fans have to get more patient. Arteta is getting Arsenal to play very nice stuff, but he's 3 years on and won nothing in all this time, didn't even get the team in CL yet.

If Xavi had Ten Hag's results everyone would be asking for his head at Barcelona. What's he on like, 5th or 6th?

Imagine Xavi's Barca would've conceded 6 vs Madrid in an hour... my god.
And who are Barca and who are Manchester United? What a stupid comparison.

What is stupid is your question. United have far more means to buy players than Barca and their "palancas". Check their spending in the last 2-3 years.

Fucking clueless.

Out of curiosity, who are Barca? A club who had to borrow money in order to make some transfers, because the squad was full of old bums and the finances were destroyed by one of the worst club presidents in history.

The last title they won was in 2013.

Also, you make the parallel without acknowledging that we are in a two team league whilst they are in a league with 5-6 teams that would whoop our ass.

It's not hard to get 2nd here, not even a single team other than Madrid made CL knockouts this year. If we put Barca in the Prem I don't think we would be better than 5th and that's with the better squad.

Poor comparison with pretty much nothing in common.
